The products

After a high-intensity endurance effort (running, post-match, specific training with glycogen depletion), it is recommended to increase the carbohydrate ratio in recovery nutrition. A rapid 2:1 intake (carbohydrates:protein), based on a standard dose of 23 to 25 g of protein, represents an ideal post-exercise intake in this case.
