Deliveries are generally handled by Swiss Post. As far as possible, we try to make deliveries every day of the week, from Monday to Friday.
At Protéalpes, as with production, logistics and shipping are also managed in-house. We have developed a close collaboration with a Swiss team for the direct integration of our storage and logistics system in Switzerland (more information available on this page).
Each parcel is prepared by hand under the responsibility of the Swiss logistics manager, taking care to protect the products with recyclable materials to minimize the risk of breakage during transport.
The delivery stage is the only stage we cannot totally control. From the outset, we have worked with Swiss Post, which is a safe, high-quality solution. Should you encounter any difficulties or problems concerning the delivery of your Protéalpes products, rest assured that we will do our utmost to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us via our contact form or at info@protealpes.com for any information or after-sales service you may require in connection with the shipment of your Protéalpes products.
The delivery times indicated below are given as an indication.
Unfortunately, certain exceptional situations beyond our control can potentially impact these lead times. We apologize in advance and assure you that we do our utmost to ensure that your products are always delivered to you as quickly as possible and in the highest quality.
For Switzerland
Home delivery
- Home delivery takes 2-6 business days. Shipping costs are $8.00 for orders under $65.00.
- Free delivery on orders over CHF 65.00.
- As of today (03/06), we are experiencing strong growth in our business in the region and need to adapt our logistics system.
In order to continue to guarantee fast, high-quality deliveries, we are currently in the process of relocating our premises. This transition may cause slight delays compared to our usual delivery times.
This is an exceptional situation and will be fully resolved by the beginning of April 2026. We thank you for your understanding and apologize for any additional delays.
