Deliveries

At Protéalpes, as with production, logistics and shipping are also managed in-house. We have developed a close collaboration with a Swiss team for the direct integration of our storage and logistics system in Switzerland (more information available on this page).

Each parcel is prepared by hand under the responsibility of the Swiss logistics manager, taking care to protect the products with recyclable materials to minimize the risk of breakage during transport.
The delivery stage is the only stage we cannot totally control. From the outset, we have worked with Swiss Post, which is a safe, high-quality solution. Should you encounter any difficulties or problems concerning the delivery of your Protéalpes products, rest assured that we will do our utmost to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible. Home delivery

• Home delivery takes 2-5 working days. There is a delivery charge of CHF 8.00 for orders under CHF 65.00.
• Free delivery on orders over CHF 65.00.
